Built by the late Jewel Goddard (right), a lifelong sailor that once crossed the Pacific in a Morgan Out Island 41 sailboat has owned Columbia Way West since 1976. Today, Terry Glenn (left), an experienced captain, manages the facility.
Built by Jewel in the late-70's with angled slips that made docking easy.

Located on the Oregon shore of North Portland Harbor, Columbia Way West offers 76 slips and side-tie berths for boats up to 45 feet. While sailboats are in the majority, Columbia Way West welcomes small power boats, ski boats, fishing boats and small cuddy cabin vessels, as well as kayaks and canoes. A row of 14 floating homes overlooks the moorage.
At Columbia Way West you will find ample free parking and won't have to battle I-5 traffic.
